I applied a bonus entry code to my order but do not see the bonus entries applied in my email, did I receive them?
Yes you did receive them! The total you see in your emails is the total you received from the items in your cart and not based on the bonus code you applied! As long as the code was applied to your order at checkout, you receive them!
How many entries do I have?
Each product on our store should have an entry amount calculated below the name of the products and at checkout you can find your total entry amount your cart is worth by hitting "VIEW CART"!
Am I entered?
If you placed an order on LNPGEAR.COM and received a order confirmation email, you are entered in any current giveaway we have going!
When will I receive my order?
Each order will receive a email once it has been shipped along with the tracking number. Due to the high volume in orders during this season please allow 10 to 15 days for your order to ship. If they are speciality items please give us 15 to 20 business days as these are items that need to be shipped in from a 3rd party! Our vendors do operate Monday - Saturday to get your orders out in a proper manner but please understand most items are printed/made on demand except for decals, keychains, and koozies.
I received a damaged item, wrong size, or misprint, can I receive a new replacement?
Yes, please provide us with your order number and photos to help us understand the issue so we are able to help you efficiently! 
Can I exchange my shirt or hoodie for a different size?
Yes, we ask if we were not at fault and sent you the right size you ordered, please send us the item back along with a note stating what size you would like it exchanged for!

Can I still enter?
Each giveaway there will be a countdown timer at the top of the website to help you keep track of how much time there is left in the current giveaway along with the end day on the top picture and footer.
I received half my order but not all of it, will it be shipped?
Yes, certain items ship out separately due to them being made or supplied by two different vendors.
